Job summary

Top Talent PS is seeking a GM – Operations – Facilities in Johannesburg to plan, delegate, coordinate and manage the outsourced property services function while ensuring SLAs and profit targets are met.

The role requires an NQF Level 6–7 qualification (Degree/Adv Dip), SAFMA certification, 3 years’ managerial experience, and proficiency with CRM, financial management and MS Office. Salary around R600,000 CT C per annum is offered.

Qualifications

• NQF Level 6 to 7: Degree or Advanced Diploma
• SAFMA Certified facilities Supervisor
• Matric (Senior Certificate)
• Valid SA Drivers’ License
• 3 Years of Relevant managerial Experience in outsourced property services or client services
• Experience with Operations, CRM & Financial Management
• MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Project & MS Outlook (Intermediate)
• Knowledge of OHS Act, ISO 9001 Quality Management & Risk Management Systems

Responsibilities

• Execute effective planning, delegating, coordinating, staffing, organizing & decision-making to attain the profit targets whilst ensuring compliance to SLAs.
• Develop & implement a strategic plan through studying technological & financial opportunities, presenting assumptions & recommending objectives.
• Coordinate efforts by establishing procurement, production, field and technical services policies and practices; coordinating actions with corporate staff.
• Build & uphold the company image through collaborating with customers, community organizations, employees and enforcing acceptable ethical business practices.
• Maintain quality service through establishing & enforcing organization standards.
• Stay abreast with current industry trends through seminars/workshops and benchmarking.
• Enhance staff effectiveness through coaching, counselling, communicating values, strategies & business objectives.
• Facilitate improvement through regularly monitoring performance & providing required coaching, support & feedback.
