Job summary

Technology Innovation Agency seeks a General Manager: Capacity Building & Inclusive Development to provide strategic leadership, drive NSI-aligned capacity building, and oversee inclusive development initiatives across portfolios. The GM will lead cross-sector collaboration, design scalable programmes, manage budgets, and report impact.

Qualifications

• The role requires advanced degree qualifications in relevant fields and strong leadership capability.

Responsibilities

• Lead financial strategy and multi-year resource planning for the directorate.
• Build and manage strategic partnerships with government, universities, industry and international organisations.
• Provide strategic leadership across capacity building, local innovation and transformation portfolios.
• Drive monitoring, evaluation, and impact reporting across programmes.
• Ensure governance, compliance, and risk management within the directorate.

Education

Honour's degree in Innovation Management, Human Capital Development, Education, Social Sciences, or related field.

Master's degree in Innovation Management, Human Capital Development, Education, Social Sciences, or related field will be an added advantage.
