Responsibilities cover master data in SAP, shipping documentation, stock reconciliation and tendering for bulk vehicle procurements, with strong Excel skills and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years experience in vehicle export and inventory management.
• Relevant diplomas or degrees in international trade, logistics or business administration are required.
• Matric or higher with related study.
• Experience with foreign employees and multinational companies preferred.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, export sales contracts for complete vehicles.
• Manage LC issuance, amendments, and verifications; align document requirements.
• Prepare commercial invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin and customs documents; track payments.
• Resolve trade discrepancies; coordinate with finance and legal teams for risk control.
• Create and manage master data of overseas distributors in SAP; maintain supplier terms.
• Log marine shipment details (booking, bill of lading, charges, customs) in systems.
• Reconcile logistics records with accounts; ensure traceable data.
• Lead local tendering for bulk vehicle procurement and body fittings.
• Compile tender documents; verify supplier qualifications and contract signing.
• Align technical parameters with production to meet SA regulations.
• Develop stocktaking plans; count stock and prepare discrepancy reports.
• Monitor stock age; propose optimization and coordinate liquidation with sales.
• Verify inbound/outbound documents to prevent item mismatches; support tax/audit.
• Inspect marketing supplies; arrange replacement with vendors.
• Record marketing expense documents; submit to finance for verification.
• Control marketing budgets execution.
