Job summary

Jobs 4 All is seeking a detail-oriented Logistics/Trade Administrator to manage export contracts and L/C administration, master data in SAP, and end-to-end logistics for complete vehicles. The role includes tender management for bulk vehicle procurement, inventory counts, and coordinating with finance and legal teams to ensure compliance and risk control.

The ideal candidate will have a Matric or higher, a relevant diploma, and experience with multinational companies.

Qualifications

Matric or higher required.
National Diploma or above in International Trade, Logistics Management, Supply Chain Management or Business Administration.
Experience working with foreign employees and in multinational companies preferred.
Skilled in ERP data entry & maintenance, proficient in advanced Excel functions for statistical analysis and stocktaking.
Code 8 licence.

Responsibilities

Draft, review, export sales contracts for complete vehicles; manage L/C issuance, amendments and verification to identify risks.
Prepare commercial invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin and customs documents; track payment collection.
Create, revise and manage master data of overseas distributors and end customers in SAP; log shipment data.
Lead local tendering for bulk vehicle procurement and body upfitting; verify supplier qualifications and manage tender reports.
Perform monthly/quarterly stock counts, reconcile with system records, and assist with stock optimization.
