Job summary

Vista Group is seeking a Support Specialist to join our hybrid-capable team in Cape Town. You will handle second-line technical support, troubleshoot complex issues, and work with global teams to ensure excellent client service.

You will install and configure Vista Group software, document solutions, and train clients and staff. The role requires adaptability and strong problem-solving in a fast-paced cinema tech environment.

Qualifications

• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work under pressure with independent judgment.

Responsibilities

• Investigate, track, and resolve technical support issues; test solutions before production.
• Install and configure Vista Group software remotely and onsite as needed.
• Collaborate across regions and departments on diverse initiatives.
• Develop knowledge of Vista Group software and cinema industry to assist clients.
• Upskill clients and team members via documentation and training sessions.
• Build strong client relationships and provide after-hours support on a rotation.
