NTT DATA is seeking a Global Compensation Lead to shape and execute our global total rewards strategies. You will ensure scalable, locally adaptable pay programs aligned with enterprise guidelines, working with regional Total Rewards and People & Culture teams to attract and retain top talent.

You will track compensation costs globally, drive cost efficiency, and influence program design in a post‑M&A context while maintaining governance and data integrity across geographies.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in global compensation
• Experience tracking and managing compensation program costs
• Knowledge of global compensation practices and regulatory changes
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives in international environments
• Strategic, hands-on problem-solving approach
• Excellent communication skills translating data for leaders

Responsabilités

• Lead planning and execution of global compensation processes
• Ensure scalable, compliant, and budget-aligned programs
• Partner with regional Total Rewards leaders to balance global and local needs
• Track and manage global compensation costs and drive cost effectiveness
• Develop global compensation strategies to attract and retain talent
• Drive process improvements for better manager and employee experience
• Support post‑M&A transformation with consistent frameworks
• Create training materials and communications for program adoption
• Monitor market trends, pay equity, and regulatory changes
• Collaborate with HRIS, Finance, and other partners for timely program delivery
• Champion governance and data integrity across compensation activities
