Job summary

AngloGold Ashanti is seeking a highly experienced Manager, Resource and Reserve Compliance to lead the governance, regulatory, and disclosure integrity of Mineral Resource and Reserve reporting across the company. Based in Johannesburg or Denver, this role drives compliance with S-K 1300, NI 43-101, SAMREC and JORC, and oversees a cloud-based reporting system.

You will coordinate cross-discipline inputs, manage SEC filings and TRS drafting, maintain SOX controls, and ensure audit readiness

Qualifications

• 8+ years in exploration, geology, or mineral reporting with corporate disclosure exposure.
• Experience with RCubed/Resource Disclosure and Workiva/WDesk tooling.
• Proven ability to manage multi-disciplinary comment resolution loops.
• Strong knowledge of SEC S-K 1300 disclosure requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead compilation and delivery of Mineral Resource and Reserve disclosures and SEC filings.
• Draft and review public technical reports and TRS with governance controls.
• Track evolving reporting codes (S-K 1300, SAMREC, JORC, NI 43-101).
• Oversee R&R databases, cloud platforms, and SOX compliance workflows.
• Coordinate cross-discipline inputs and management reviews with external auditors.
