Job summary

Jobtailor seeks a senior professional to lead Mineral Resource and Reserve reporting for corporate disclosures and SEC filings. You will oversee drafting, review, and control of technical reports, ensuring compliance with international standards and data integrity across platforms.

You will coordinate cross-functional teams, monitor disclosure trends, and manage governance processes with internal and external stakeholders to support audit and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Formal tertiary qualification in Geology/Geosciences or Mining Engineering.
• Extensive experience in Mineral Resource and Reserve reporting and disclosures.
• Deep knowledge of SEC Regulation S-K 1300 and international reporting standards (SAMREC, JORC, NI 43-101).
• Experience with RCubed/Resource Disclosure and Workiva/WDesk.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coordinate, and manage compilation, technical verification, and delivery of annual Mineral Resource and Mineral Reserve disclosures and SEC filings.
• Manage drafting, technical review, and document control for public technical reports including S-K 1300 summaries.
• Track international reporting codes and regulatory disclosure trends.
