Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a motivated Remote Project Manager to lead enterprise software implementations for a diverse, global client base. The role focuses on delivering end-to-end projects from onboarding to deployment, with emphasis on virtual cross-functional collaboration and high client satisfaction.

You will drive project plans, manage distributed teams, and ensure successful adoption of our software solutions in a fully remote setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years’ project management experience with software implementation projects.
• Proven track record delivering remote projects with distributed teams.
• Strong knowledge of SDLC and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Excellent communication and client management skills for virtual collaboration.
• Proficiency with Jira, Asana, or Trello.

Responsibilities

• Manage full lifecycle of enterprise software implementation projects for remote clients.
• Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables with clients.
• Develop detailed plans with timelines, resources, and budgets.
• Lead virtual teams including developers, consultants, and support staff.
• Facilitate remote meetings, status updates, and progress reporting.
• Mitigate risks and issues to ensure on-time delivery.
• Oversee UAT and deployment, plus post-implementation support.
• Maintain strong client relationships and ensure satisfaction.
• Contribute to ongoing remote project management process improvement.
