Job summary

Games Global is seeking a Service Owner – Testing & QA Services to take ownership of testing and QA services across our organization. You will lead end-to-end testing, drive quality governance, and ensure delivery excellence across global teams.

The role demands strong leadership, SDLC expertise, and the ability to influence senior stakeholders while advancing automation and modern testing practices.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience in software testing/QA
• Strong understanding of SDLC and testing methodologies
• Experience engaging senior stakeholders and customers
• Knowledge of AI, ML, automation in testing is a plus

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end testing and QA service lifecycle and delivery
• Drive testing excellence and quality governance across teams
• Monitor service performance, SLAs, and metrics for improvement
• Lead operational excellence initiatives to increase efficiency and predictability
• Develop and mentor high-performing teams and capabilities
