We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced QA Lead, the successful candidate will be responsible for leading test implementation, ensuring adherence to quality assurance principles and standards, and managing product risk throughout the product lifecycle. This role requires close collaboration with Business Analysis, Development, and Environment teams to optimize testing efficiencies and ensure the overall quality of solutions. The QA Lead will also be instrumental in leveraging automation frameworks and tools to develop and implement reusable automated test assets, focusing on Front End, API, and Performance Testing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the planning, execution, and reporting of testing activities.
• Ensure the implementation of testing strategies aligns with agreed-upon quality assurance principles and standards.
• Manage product risk and inter-dependencies throughout the product lifecycle.
• Facilitate collaboration and alignment between Business Analysis, Development, Quality Assurance, and Environment teams.
• Optimize testing efficiencies across the product delivery stack.
• Foster team effectiveness and maintain healthy team dynamics.
• Design, develop, and implement reusable automated test assets using the automation framework and pre-defined test tools.
• Inspect, analyze, and ensure the quality of solutions and their architecture through automated testing.
• Conduct Front End automation testing using tools such as Selenium, Appium, and Healenium.
• Perform API automation testing using tools such as Rest Assured.
• Conduct Performance Testing (NFT) using tools such as JMeter.
• Adhere to automation standards and procedures.
