Responsibilities

• Lead QA strategy and end-to-end quality assurance across programs.
• Define goals, policies, and procedures for QA function.
• Select tools, staffing, and methodologies aligned with SAFe.
• Develop budgets and governance for the platform's quality.
• Embed quality framework into ways of working and projects.
• Coordinate QA activities across teams and vendors.
• Establish Definition of Ready and Done at epic/feature/story levels.
• Lead continuous improvement and test-driven development adoption.

Education

Degree / Diploma in Technology / Information Management
