Job summary

Splynx is seeking a skilled Presales and Deployment Engineer to drive technical sales enablement, customer onboarding, and worldwide deployments from South Africa. You will engage with clients across the Americas, APAC, and EMEA, serving as the technical expert for BSS/OSS, GIS, hotspot, and IT security projects.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related field (strongly preferred).
• Hands-on ISP/WISP/MSP experience desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical product demonstrations and PoC deployments across global time zones.
• Architect end-to-end solutions spanning BSS/OSS, GIS, hotspot setups, and security.
• Respond to RFIs/RFPs as the technical authority during sales cycles.
