Job summary

Esco Lifesciences Group in Johannesburg is seeking a highly organized Post-Sales Executive to support our service operations. You will act as the link between service engineers, factories, logistics partners and customers, coordinating issue follow-ups, DRFs, and replacement parts logistics.

Responsibilities include capturing service orders in ERP (Microsoft Dynamics Business Central), issuing PFIs, maintaining records, arranging calibrations, training bookings, and supporting ISO documentation

Qualifications

• Ability to manage multiple tasks independently.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Follow up on technical issues with factories and internal teams to ensure timely resolution.
• Manage Defective Return Forms (DRFs) and track progress through to closure.
• Coordinate replacement parts shipments and courier logistics.
• Capture service orders in the ERP system (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics Business Central) and maintain accurate service records.
• Issue Proforma Invoices (PFIs) to clients and communicate delivery ETAs.
• Maintain service documentation and system updates.
• Coordinate equipment calibration activities and maintain records.
• Arrange training and medical bookings for service engineers.
• Support ISO documentation and NRCS permit processes.
• Provide general administrative and coordination support to service operations.
