You will balance leadership with hands-on operational ownership, resolving escalations and partnering with cross-functional stakeholders.

This fully remote role involves driving country launches, vendor transitions, automation initiatives, and process improvements while mentoring a high-performance team across regions.

Qualifications

• Experience owning payroll outcomes for a team in regional or multi-country environments.
• Proven people leadership including coaching and performance input.
• Ability to lead investigations and drive operational resolution.
• Clear policy application and controls.

Responsibilities

• Own payroll outcomes for your team, ensuring accuracy, timeliness and compliance.
• Provide coaching, feedback and day-to-day leadership to payroll specialists.
• Lead end-to-end payroll delivery for defined countries and regulatory compliance.
• Support global payroll implementations including new country launches and vendor transitions.
• Drive continuous improvement, reduce errors and track KPIs; collaborate with cross-functional teams.
