Qualifications

• 15+ years in senior operations leadership, including COO or equivalent.
• Experience leading global technology services operations.
• Strong strategic planning and execution capabilities.
• Proven ability to lead large diverse teams.
• Financial acumen with P&L and capital allocation.
• Governance, risk management, and change management experience.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and direct all company operations, including technology, service delivery, customer support, and administrative functions.
• Develop and implement the long-term operational strategy to achieve objectives and market leadership.
• Ensure operational efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and scalability across units.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing executive team and global workforce.
• Drive innovation and adoption of new technologies to enhance capabilities.
• Manage P&L responsibility for operational divisions and budgets.
• Establish and monitor KPIs to measure and improve outcomes.
• Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and ethical standards.
• Manage enterprise-wide risk and contingency plans.
