Qualifications

• MBA or equivalent; PhD a plus.
• 15+ years senior leadership experience with COO scope.
• Proven track record of scaling businesses and improving profitability.
• Strong strategic planning, financial management, and governance.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and negotiation at all levels.
• Experience managing large, distributed remote teams.
• Data-driven decision making and strong analytical skills.
• Experience with mergers, acquisitions, and international expansion.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the operational strategy aligned with the business vision.
• Oversee daily operations across supply chain, customer service, IT, HR, and product development.
• Lead and mentor executives to foster accountability and high performance.
• Drive efficiency, cost optimization, and quality improvements.
• Manage the operational budget and resource allocation.
