Job summary

Hungry Lion in Stellenbosch seeks a People Mobility Specialist to manage end-to-end employee mobility, visas, work permits and expatriate requirements across the Group.

The role also provides generalist People Partner support to designated countries when mobility activity is low, assisting with day-to-day HR matters and country-specific processes.

You will own workloads, meet deadlines and continuously improve mobility documentation and workflows.

Qualifications

• Experience in HR or mobility-related roles.
• Strong organisational and deadline-management skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee visas, work permits, invitation letters and mobility documentation.
• Coordinate end-to-end mobility processes across the Group.
• Provide generalist People Partner support to designated countries when mobility volume is low.
