Job summary

PayProp South Africa, a Reapit company, is seeking a Global Manager of Marketing Operations to elevate our MarTech, data and AI-enabled marketing discipline from Stellenbosch. You’ll own the playbook, drive transformation, and partner with RevOps, Sales and IT to scale marketing performance across regions.

You’ll lead AI and automation roadmaps, build executive dashboards, ensure data quality and governance, and mentor teams to deliver measurable commercial impact.

Qualifications

• Experience leading global marketing operations.

• Strong data-driven decision making.
