Job summary

Maersk is seeking a Transport Supervisor to support the Management Team in day-to-day Transport Operations. You will lead a team of operators, coordinate workloads, monitor KPIs, and ensure safety culture while achieving business targets.

Responsibilities include daily planning, load planning, vehicle bookings, dispatch, customer updates, POD uploads, and managing TMS data. You will drive continuous improvement and ensure service excellence across shifts.

Qualifications

• Provides line management to the assigned group and ensures targets/KPIs are met.
• Focus on individual performance, safety culture and team development.

Responsibilities

• Daily operations management.
• Shunt management and vehicle maintenance oversight.
• Customer order updates, POD management and queries handling.
• TMS management including daily load updates and costings.
• Profit and loss monitoring and staff planning.
• Discipline, engagement and succession planning for staff.
