Job summary

You will manage line workloads, monitor issues, develop the team, ensure safety culture and KPI targets, and coordinate with the management team. The role also involves shunt, customer management, and TMS usage to ensure timely deliveries.

Qualifications

• Provide line management to the assigned group, coordinating workloads and delivering against targets.

Responsibilities

• Daily operations management, planning and dispatch for next-day operations.
• Shunt management including vehicle readiness and serviceability.
• Customer management ensuring timely updates and accurate data in TMS.
• TMS management including loading orders, updates, POD uploads, and cost tracking.
• Monitor profit and loss, expenses, and equipment utilization.
• People and staff management including discipline and shift planning.
• Maintenance and ISO 9001-2015 related tasks and weekly follow-ups.
