Job summary

Rentokil Initial in South Africa offers a 12-month fixed-term Legal Admin Intern learnership registered with Services Seta. The successful candidate will assist the Legal Support Administrator with daily duties, manage contract review queries, update the daily tracker, and organize documents in the legal templates database.

The program includes blended learning with 2 remote facilitation days per month and requires Matric and a Law degree or LLB, plus excellent written/verbal communication, time

Qualifications

Matric and a Law degree (LLB) are required.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent time management and professional attitude needed.

Responsibilities

Assist the Legal Support Administrator with daily duties.
Receive, capture and elevate contract review queries via team inbox.
Update and monitor the contract review daily tracker.
Follow up with required documentation for contract reviews.
Schedule discussions with internal stakeholders as needed.
Organise key documents in the legal templates/database.
Capture, process and elevate contract termination requests.
Prepare weekly reports (Excel/PowerPoint advantageous).
Assist the Legal team with ad-hoc duties.
Attend and complete the SETA-approved Learnership.
