Job summary

Unifi Africa is seeking a senior Learning and Development leader to drive the group-wide agenda, shaping strategy and ensuring practical, scalable learning that translates into real business results across Africa.

You will own learning design, delivery, analytics and external partnerships, building capability and culture across branches and centers. A degree in L&D or related field with broad experience is essential for this leadership role.

Qualifications

• Degree in learning and development, instructional design, HR or a related field.
• 8+ years experience in a similar role leading L&D across different markets.
• Experience designing, delivering and measuring high impact learning solutions beyond the classroom.

Responsibilities

• Lead and shape the group-wide learning and development agenda.
• Own the design, development and facilitation of all learning at Unifi (induction, pathway, change enablement, culture, management training).
• Manage external training providers and ensure measurable outcomes.
• Oversee the LMS end-to-end including procurement, setup and data reporting.
• Develop simple, scalable L&D processes with clear standards and timelines.
• Turn learning data into clear insights and recommendations for leaders.
