Qualifications

• 5+ years in product management or related tech roles.
• Experience in financial services or African markets is a plus.
• Strong data analysis and problem-solving skills.
• Experience taking products from idea to delivery with measurable results.
• Willing to travel across Africa.

Responsibilities

• Own the direction and roadmap for the domain.
• Prioritise initiatives based on business value and feasibility.
• Partner with country teams to develop simple, customer-focused solutions.
