Qualifications

• 5+ years in product management or a related role.
• Experience in financial services or African markets is a plus.
• Strong data analysis and problem-solving skills.
• Experience turning ideas into measurable results.
• Ability to partner with software development teams.

Responsibilities

• Own the domain direction, roadmap and delivery aligned with growth strategy.
• Prioritise initiatives by business value, impact and capacity.
• Collaborate with country teams to translate needs into practical solutions.
• Understand client journeys and processes to improve experience and performance.
• Analyse data to identify root causes and shape practical solutions.
• Lead business analysts and measure outcomes of initiatives.
