Nurture Brands in Bellville, ZA, seeks an International Supply Chain Coordinator to orchestrate production planning, stock accuracy and global order fulfilment across multiple channels.

In this hands-on role you will manage ERP data, coordinate suppliers and 3PL partners, monitor forecast accuracy, and drive continuous improvements in inventory management, delivery performance and cost efficiency while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Hands-on coordination across inventory, customer fulfilment, suppliers and 3PL.
• Experience with ERP systems and basic export documentation.
• Ability to translate demand into supply plans and manage stock levels.

Responsibilities

• Execute production and purchase plans, capture POs in Syspro, follow up backorders, and communicate supply constraints.
• Maintain optimal inventory across fulfilment centre and Amazon, track forecast accuracy, and manage aged, excess, damaged and short-dated stock.
• Process sales orders accurately on ERP and external warehouse systems, coordinate picking, packing, transport and invoicing.
• Support supplier sourcing, maintain pricing data, improve service and cost performance, and organise export documentation for customs clearance.
• Translate sales and marketing inputs into supply plans and ensure inventory and distribution readiness for launches, relaunches and promotions.
• Provide regular reporting on demand, service and inventory; participate in cross-functional reviews; and identify process and cost improvements across the supply chain.
