Job summary

Agri Technovation (Pty) Ltd seeks an Inventory Manager responsible for governance, stock control, and integrity of raw materials and finished goods across South Africa and other countries. The role covers production sites, warehouses, and distributor stock, implementing standardized inventory systems and controls.

The position requires leading stock control processes, improving stock accuracy, and ensuring timely, consolidated reporting across sites and third-party agents.

Qualifications

• A relevant degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum of five years' experience in stock or inventory management.
• Strong experience with ERP and inventory management systems.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to complete inventory reconciliations.
• Experience managing raw materials and finished goods across multiple locations, countries, or distributor networks is advantageous.
• Strong leadership and ability to implement stock control processes.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement and maintain standardized stock control policies for raw materials and finished goods across AT sites and distributor locations.
• Ensure accurate recording and tracking of movements within and between sites, warehouses, and distributor locations.
• Monitor inventory accuracy and investigate variances to address discrepancies.
• Implement controls to reduce losses from theft, damage, and admin errors.
• Plan and coordinate regular cycle counts and annual stock counts across locations.
