Job summary

Online Education Services Pty Ltd is seeking a Corporate Communications Advisor based in Cape Town. The role supports the global communications strategy with focus on internal communications for Cape Town, the UK, and the US, ensuring timely and relevant information aligned to OES priorities.

You will coordinate local stories, engage regional leaders, and manage internal channels like newsletters and intranet, while adapting content for regional audiences.

Qualifications

• Exceptional writing and editing skills across internal and external communications.
• Ability to produce content in multiple formats (newsletters, intranet, presentations, video, social).
• Strong project and stakeholder management across dispersed teams.

Responsibilities

• Support delivery of internal communications across Cape Town, UK and US with timely information aligned to OES priorities.
• Coordinate local stories, announcements and engagement activities with regional leaders.
• Manage day-to-day internal communications channels (newsletters, Honeycomb, Viva Engage, OES TV).
• Adapt content for regional audiences ensuring Cape Town, UK and US perspectives are represented.
• Coordinate monthly OES Buzz meetings, town halls and employee events, including logistics and follow-up communications.
