Online-Education-Services is seeking a Corporate Communications Advisor based in Cape Town to support the global communications strategy. The role emphasizes internal communications across Cape Town, the UK and the US, ensuring timely, relevant information aligns with OES priorities and culture.

You will coordinate regional storytelling, manage channels like newsletters and OES TV, and adapt content for multiple audiences while supporting events and employee engagement.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in internal and/or external communications.
• Exceptional writing and editing skills across internal and external communications.
• Ability to produce content across formats (newsletters, intranet, presentations, video, digital channels); Canva is desirable.
• Strong project management and stakeholder management across geographically dispersed teams.

Responsibilities

• Support delivery of internal communications for employees across Cape Town, the UK and the US, ensuring regional teams receive clear, timely and relevant information.
• Coordinate local stories, announcements and engagement activity with regional leaders and contributors.
• Coordinate day-to-day internal communications channels ( newsletters, Honeycomb, Viva Engage, OES TV, staff updates).
• Adapt and coordinate content for regional audiences to reflect Cape Town, UK and US perspectives.
• Coordinate local delivery of monthly OES Buzz meetings, town halls and employee events (logistics, inputs, rehearsals, follow-up communications).
• Publish and distribute content across internal and external channels (LinkedIn, corporate website, intranet, employee advocacy platforms).
• Maintain content calendars, publishing schedules and workflow records.
• Create and adapt written, visual and multimedia content (news stories, newsletters, social posts, presentations, videos, event materials).
• Collaborate across Corporate Communications to balance internal and external priorities.
