Online Education Services (OES) seeks a Corporate Communications Advisor based in Cape Town. You will support delivery of our global communications strategy, focusing on internal communications for employees in Cape Town, the UK and the US, keeping teams aligned with our purpose, strategy, priorities and culture.

You will coordinate local stories, manage channels and events, and adapt content for regional audiences while ensuring consistency across global channels.

Qualifications

• Exceptional writing and editing across internal and external communications.
• Ability to produce content across multiple formats (newsletters, intranet, presentations, video, digital channels).
• Strong project management and stakeholder management across dispersed teams.

Responsibilities

• Support delivery of internal communications for regional and global teams.
• Coordinate local stories, announcements and engagement activities.
• Manage day-to-day internal comms channels (newsletters, intranet, staff updates).
• Adapt content for regional audiences (Cape Town, UK, US).
• Coordinate monthly OES Buzz meetings, town halls and events (logistics, inputs, rehearsals).
• Publish and distribute content across channels (LinkedIn, website, intranet, advocacy platforms).
• Maintain content calendars and workflows for comms activity.
• Create written, visual and multimedia content (news stories, newsletters, social posts, presentations, videos).
• Collaborate across Corporate Communications to balance internal/external priorities.
