Job summary

Online Education Services (OES) in Cape Town is seeking a Corporate Communications Advisor to support our global communications strategy. Based in Cape Town, you will manage internal and external content, publish across channels, and help connect teams in Cape Town, the UK and the US with timely, accurate communications.

You will coordinate newsletters and town halls, adapt content for regional audiences, and maintain content calendars while building collaboration across geographically dispersed

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in internal and/or external communications.
• Experience coordinating internal events (town halls, webinars) and employee engagement.

Responsibilities

• Support delivery of internal communications across Cape Town, the UK and the US.
• Coordinate local stories, announcements and engagement activities.
• Manage day-to-day internal communications channels (newsletters, Honeycomb, Viva Engage, OES TV).
• Adapt content for regional audiences and ensure regional perspectives are represented.
• Coordinate monthly OES Buzz meetings, town halls and employee events (logistics, inputs, rehearsals, follow-up).
• Publish and distribute content across internal and external channels (LinkedIn, intranet, corporate site).
• Maintain content calendars, schedules and workflow records.
