Job summary

Placements24 is seeking an Impact Measurement Analyst for a fully remote role with a leading international charity. You will design, implement, and manage systems to collect, analyze, and report on KPIs and impact metrics across programs worldwide.

The position requires strong analytical skills, proficiency in statistical software and data visualization tools, and the ability to communicate complex data clearly to diverse stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a quantitative field with 4+ years in M&E or data analysis.
• Experience with M&E methodologies such as Results-Based Management or Theory of Change.
• Proficiency in statistical software and data visualization tools.
• Strong written and verbal communication for diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement monitoring and evaluating frameworks.
• Collect, clean, and analyze quantitative and qualitative data.
• Develop and track KPIs and impact metrics.
• Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations on program impact.
• Identify trends and insights to inform program improvement.
• Collaborate with program managers and field teams to ensure data quality.
• Stay updated on M&E best practices and technologies.
• Contribute to program logic models and theories of change.
• Conduct data quality assessments and improvements.
• Manage data visualization tools to communicate impact stories.
