Singita seeks a Tailored Manager in Cape Town to lead a high-performing team and drive exceptional service while attaining sales and operational objectives. The role requires managing Advisors across time zones, including Brazil and South Africa, and working from the Singita Claremont office five days a week.

You will foster a guest-centric culture, guide strategic decisions, and partner with IT to improve systems and workflows using AI where appropriate.

Qualificações

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a people management role.
• Ability to manage a diverse team across different time zones.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Provide strategic leadership to a growing division aligned to Singita goals.
• Inspire and motivate a global team including remote members.
• Uphold guest-centric service standards across Tailored.
• Review team structure to optimise service levels and performance.
• Ensure training and resources are available for roles.
• Drive revenue growth and optimise sales opportunities.
