Job summary

Zohorecruit is seeking an experienced financial leader to direct end-to-end finance for its multinational group across South Africa, the UK, and Kenya. This role ensures accurate group records, strategic insight, and robust internal controls while guiding a team of two direct reports.

The ideal candidate holds a BCom in Accounting/Finance with 10+ years in senior financial management, IFRS expertise, and a track record in cross-border compliance. This is an in-office role with flexible hours.

Qualifications

• Qualified accountant with a BCom in Accounting/Finance.
• 10+ years' experience in financial management, including multinational groups.
• Proven IFRS knowledge and multi-currency consolidation.
• Experience with transfer pricing and cross-border compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end financial management for the group across SA, UK and Kenya.
• Develop and implement group-wide financial strategy, policies and procedures.
• Own financial reporting, including board reports and KPI analysis.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting and cash flow management.
• Manage external audits and regulatory relationships across jurisdictions.
• Oversee group treasury, FX risk, banking and funding arrangements.
• Provide strategic financial advice to execs and the board.
• Lead, coach and develop the finance team.
