Zohorecruit represents a leading international NGO requiring a seasoned Financial Controller to oversee cross-border accounting and donor reporting from a remote setting.

Based in South Africa with work across UK, Europe, and Asia time zones, you will lead treasury, multi-currency consolidation, audits, and dashboards for the Board, while developing tight controls and compliant reporting for five jurisdictions.

Qualifikationen

• Qualified accountant OR extensive senior accounting experience.
• Minimum 5 years senior financial management experience.
• Experience across multiple jurisdictions or international NGOs.
• Experience preparing donor reports and audits.
• Proven remote leadership of finance staff.

Aufgaben

• Lead full financial management for UK and Africa entities.
• Oversee consolidation for group reporting and budgets.
• Prepare statutory accounts and liaise with external auditors.
• Manage multi-currency treasury, FX exposure and cash flow.
• Ensure donor compliance and grant reporting across jurisdictions.
• Develop dashboards and provide clear financial insights to leadership.
