Qualifications

• 10+ years in senior finance leadership roles, with global or multi-entity oversight.
• Professional accounting qualification + bachelor’s degree required.
• Experience with NetSuite or similar ERP and multi-currency operations.
• Strong communication with board and senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Provide global leadership across CV’s Finance function, setting vision, priorities, and performance standards.
• Oversee financial operations across hubs, including payroll support and business services.
• Lead internal reporting for trustees, board committees, and senior stakeholders.
• Oversee statutory and tax reporting, audits, and regulatory compliance globally.
• Direct budgeting and forecasting processes with disciplined planning and resource allocation.
• Manage liquidity, treasury, and investment strategies for sustainability.
• Develop, monitor, and improve financial controls and risk management frameworks.
• Serve as NetSuite ERP owner, driving system innovation and digital transformation.
• Develop global finance policies, procedures, and reporting standards.
• Build and mentor a high-performing global finance team across regions.
• Partner with leadership on audit, risk, and compliance matters.
