Job summary

JVR Software is seeking a seasoned Senior Finance Leader to steer the group’s financial strategy, budgeting, forecasting and reporting across multiple entities and regions. You will partner with the executive team to guide strategic business decisions, manage project profitability, cash flow and working capital, and oversee treasury and risk management.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in a senior management or executive finance role.
• Experience in construction, civil engineering, infrastructure, mining, or contracting environments.
• Strong understanding of project accounting, contract costing, revenue recognition, and project profitability.
• Experience managing multi-site or multi-entity operations.
• Strong commercial acumen with ability to influence operational and strategic decisions.
• Exceptional leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Leading the group’s financial strategy, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting functions
• Partnering with the executive team on strategic business decisions
• Managing project profitability, contract costing, cash flow, and working capital
• Providing financial oversight across multiple operating entities and projects
• Overseeing treasury, banking relationships, guarantees, and financial risk management

• Supporting commercial decision-making on tenders, contracts, major projects, and investments
• Strengthening financial systems, reporting processes, and internal controls
• Travelling regularly to regional operations as required
