Cloudbox in Cape Town seeks a Financial Director to join the leadership team. This senior, hands-on role owns financial control and compliance across three Cloudbox entities in South Africa, the UK and the US, reporting to the Group CEO and leading our finance team.

You will own statutory reporting, tax, audit and compliance, and provide the management accounts, forecasting and cash flow visibility that leadership needs to make decisions.

Competenze

• CA(SA) or equivalent accounting qualification required.
• Minimum 10 years post-qualification experience.
• At least 5 years in a multi-entity finance environment.
• Experience leading a finance function with statutory reporting, tax and audit ownership.
• Experience across multiple jurisdictions including intercompany and consolidation.

Mansioni

• Own statutory financial statements and annual filings for all entities.
• Lead audit and compliance processes; manage external advisors.
• Produce monthly management accounts and rolling forecasts.
• Own cash flow forecasting and reporting to leadership.
• Oversee data/interface to analytics teams for profitability insights.
• Manage spend controls and intercompany arrangements.
• Present financial performance to board and shareholders; support governance.
