Job summary

Mimecast Limited is seeking a Compliance Operations Specialist to own end-to-end compliance processes and drive initiatives that reinforce ethical culture and regulatory alignment.

You will manage global training rollout, policy repository, and regulatory tracking while collaborating with senior leadership to implement improvements and ensure rigorous evidence for audits and reviews. Travel internationally as needed.

Qualifications

• Proven experience running global training programs and policy management processes.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to oversee complex initiatives.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, able to explain compliance topics clearly.
• Demonstrated ethics, discretion, and integrity in a corporate setting.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to influence cross-functional teams.
• Data analytics proficiency to ensure accurate compliance metrics.

Responsibilities

• Design and globally roll out corporate compliance training programs with content aligned to values and regulatory needs.
• Independently manage training logistics across regions and time zones.
• Own the centralized policy repository and acknowledgment workflows with global applicability.
• Engage with outside local counsel to track global regulatory developments.
• Prepare and present compliance reports for senior leadership.
• Support audit and internal review processes with well-organized evidence.
