Job summary

Placements24 is seeking an organized Operations and Compliance Manager to lead daily operations in our Klerksdorp region while embedding robust regulatory practices. The role combines process improvement, risk oversight, and formal audit activities to ensure service excellence across the business.

You will develop and enforce procedures, manage documentation, coordinate with regulators and external auditors, and drive continuous training in compliance and operations within a fully remote setup.

Qualifications
