Job summary

EnableSA is seeking a Customer Service Representative for Citrus / Agriculture in Gqeberha. You will manage weekly shipment reports, liaise with international customers, and prepare invoices and packing lists for receivers.

The role requires 1-3 years of export/logistics or customer service experience in fresh produce, strong Excel skills, and meticulous attention to detail. Some early/late schedule alignment with time zones is expected.

Qualifications

• Strong written English for daily correspondence with international customers.
• Advanced Excel: multi-sheet trackers and large data set handling.
• Export documentation knowledge and shipping document handling.

Responsibilities

• Maintain weekly shipment reports for international customers including vessel data, ETAs and delays.
• Prepare invoices and packing lists; upload documents to shared folders as required.
• Track orders and coordinate with the commercial team to ensure timely updates.
• Analyze retailer yield and assist in weekly customer meetings across time zones.
