Cross Border Talents seeks a customer service specialist for a leading international travel and holiday company in Cape Town. You will assist German- and English-speaking customers with bookings, changes and travel enquiries, delivering a smooth customer experience.

The role is on-site with 8-hour rotational shifts, Monday to Sunday, and a monthly gross remuneration of R25,000. Night shifts allowances and other benefits apply.

Qualifications

• German and English at C1-C2 level.
• At least 12 months international call-centre or airline/travel agency experience.
• Clear criminal and credit records.

Requirements

• German and English at C1-C2 level.
• At least 12 months of international call-centre experience or experience in airline reservations or a travel agency.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Grade 12 / Matric qualification.
• Clear criminal and credit records.

Location: Cape Town, South Africa
Work model: On-site
Schedule: 8-hour rotational shifts, Monday to Sunday.
Remuneration: R25,000 gross per month.
