Job summary

SURGO is seeking German-speaking Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) and Business Development Representatives (BDRs) to support international B2B sales campaigns. The role focuses on outbound prospecting, lead qualification, appointment setting, CRM administration and follow-up across international markets.

You will conduct discovery in German and English, qualify leads, book meetings and maintain CRM records.

Qualifications

• Experience in SDR/BDR, tele sales, appointment-setting, or lead-generation in B2B campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound prospecting by telephone, email and LinkedIn to engage decisionmakers and buying committee members.
• Open conversations professionally, understand prospect needs, and qualify opportunities.

• Maintain CRM records and complete follow-up within campaign timelines.
• Meet activity and quality targets while complying with scripts and client requirements.
