Job summary

Meltwater in Cape Town is seeking a seasoned client-facing professional to lead Enterprise Premium Support programs. You will manage a portfolio of premium clients, build strong relationships, and translate objectives into structured delivery plans.

You will drive strategic outcomes, collaborate across Premium Support pillars, and ensure high-quality execution while communicating effectively with executive stakeholders in English.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above in a relevant field.
• 4 years in a client facing SaaS role with programme, advisory or implementation experience.
• Ability to manage complex enterprise clients and translate objectives into delivery plans.
• Experience with large-scale project management in the Enterprise sector.
• Strong analytical and communication skills, including C-level interactions.
• Comfort working across large organisations and with competing priorities.
• Data literacy and familiarity with AI tools as part of research and synthesis.
