Job summary

Cross Border Talents in Durban-Umhlanga is seeking a German-speaking Customer Support Agent with relocation support provided. Join an international team, live near the beach, and benefit from one flight to Durban before you start plus 20 nights of company-paid accommodation.

You will assist German-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat, help with orders, deliveries, returns and product questions, and resolve issues with empathy while meeting quality KPIs.

Qualifications

• Matric (Grade 12) is required.
• Valid permission to work in South Africa.
• Clear criminal and credit record.
• Customer service or call centre experience (retail experience is a plus).
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Open to rotational shifts (including weekends).
