Job summary

Cross Border Talents is seeking a German-speaking Customer Support Agent to join an international team in Umhlanga, Durban. You will support German-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat, handling orders, deliveries, returns, and product inquiries from a coastal city.

Relocation support is provided. You should be comfortable in a fast-paced environment, willing to work rotational shifts (including weekends), and possess strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• Matric (Grade 12) is required.
• Valid permission to work in South Africa.
• Clear criminal and credit record.
• Customer service or call centre experience (retail experience is a plus).
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
• Open to rotational shifts (including weekends).
• Basic computer literacy.

Responsibilities
