Cross Border Talents seeks a German-speaking Customer Support Agent to join an international team in Umhlanga, Durban. This role provides relocation support and a pathway to live and work in South Africa while assisting customers worldwide.

You will handle German-language inquiries by phone, email, and chat, help with orders, returns, and product questions, and uphold high service standards in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Matric (Grade 12) is required.
• Valid permission to work in South Africa.
• Clear criminal and credit record.
• Customer service or call centre experience preferred.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Open to rotational shifts, including weekends.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic computer literacy.

What you’ll be doing

Support customers in German via phone, email, and chat

Assist with orders, deliveries, returns, and product questions

What we’re looking for
