You will perform resident assessments, daily wellness checks and wound care, while managing the on-site clinic and electronic records.

The role requires SANC registration and experience in geriatric or long-term care settings, with after-hours/weekend standby.

Qualifications

• Registered Professional Nurse with current SANC registration.
• Experience in elderly/geriatric or long-term care settings preferred.
• Strong clinical assessment and care planning skills.
• Experience with medication administration and chronic disease management.
• Wound care, vital signs, injections and basic clinical procedures.
• Good clinical documentation and electronic records.
• Ability to manage a clinic and medical stock.
• Willingness to participate in after-hours/weekend standby.
