Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience as a technician in energy or HVAC
- Experience with geothermal systems, pumps, heat exchangers and fluid dynamics preferred
- Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to use diagnostic tools
- Knowledge of safety procedures and environmental compliance
Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair geothermal heating and cooling systems.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot operational issues.
- Perform routine inspections and diagnostic tests on equipment.
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and environmental regulations during all operations.
- Assist in maintenance and calibration of specialized drilling and pumping equipment.
- Document all maintenance activities, repairs, and system performance data.
