Job summary

Maptek Pty Ltd seeks a Technical Specialist – Geotechnical to lead customer-focused technical demonstrations and proposals for Mine Measurement solutions. You will maintain product knowledge, support cross-departmental demonstrations, and build senior account relationships.

The role requires a recognised geotechnical qualification, at least five years on-site experience, and a readiness to travel domestically and internationally.

Qualifications

• Geotechnical qualification required.
• Minimum of 5 years on-site experience in geotechnical projects.
• Willingness to travel extensively and engage with customers.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and deliver customer-facing technical demos of Mine Measurement solutions.
• Assist in technical proposals and presentations across departments.
• Build and maintain knowledge of Maptek Mine Measurement products and workflows.
• Develop relationships with senior contacts at key accounts and provide technical sales support.
• Maintain Salesforce CRM records and prepare monthly activity reports.
